HCLTech Job Description:

  • HCL Mega Walkin Drive For Non Technical Support (Fresher) – Hyderabad.
  • Diagnose coverage & impression variance in Ad campaign served using analytical data & make recommendations to improve coverage.
  • Analyze billing & explain detailed breakdown of the revenue & invested costs to the Customer.
  • Analyze policy violations in Ads served, liaise with policy team to identify the remedy & communicate to the customer.
  • Provision account activation & other admin tasks to set up an Ad campaign.
  • Able to visualize & create reports to present campaign performance.
  • Provide email and chat support in English.
  • Ensure that all requests from the clients are addressed and prioritized in timely manner to reach the SLAs.
  • Available to work in a 24×7 set up.
  • 5 Days Working Sat/Sun Fixed Off.

Eligibility Criteria for HCLTech:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent spoken communication skills & phone etiquetes.
  • Proficient in English writing and speaking skills.
  • Able to handle calls/email and Chat.
