Design, development and testing of usable software in tight collaboration with the Product owner, team members, stakeholders and management
Working on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment
Building upon domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise
Having a logical approach to problem-solving and have the ability to respond to detailed queries
Working as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities
Ability to technically lead a topic independently and take individual ownership of the technical component end-to-end
As a Gen AI, Pro Code Tools, and IDE Developer with our team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of business software development. You will help evolving the IDEs and tools used for building business software with ABAP.
Follow emerging trends and technologies, particularly in AI, pro-code tools, and evolution of IDEs, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

0 – 3 years of relevant experience with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records

Excellent programming and object-oriented design skills (JAVA, ABAP)
Solid knowledge of Gen AI, Pro Code Tools, and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), whether through education or personal projects.
Strong in algorithms, data structures and database design concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with the team in the design and development aspects for the product
Ability to work independently, and eagerness to learn and explore new topics
Understanding of in-memory database, Generative AI, eclipse plugin development and HTML5 are added advantages
Strong modelling skills using UML, Hands-on experience of writing high quality code along with units test [JUnit/AUnits]
Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills
