Job Details for WNS:
- Expertise in Managing huge Storage Environment.
- Expertise on Storages like NetApp, Dell VNX / Unity / PowerStore / HPE Nimble Storages
- Expertise SAN (Brocade) switch configurations
- Expertise in ONTAP 7-mode and C- Mode / ONTAP Cluster Mode-9.
- Hands on experience with Linux / Oracle Linux operating systems
- Should ensure Storage systems are up to date from OS version standpoint.
- Actively mitigate the vulnerabilities.
- Interact with vendors and partners for support or sales related.
- Fibre Channel and iSCSI connections from Unix and Windows hosts.
- Experience on Hyper-Converge and Cloud Storage experience will be preferred.
- Expert on storage virtualization technologies and server technologies
- Knowledge about Windows, Linux & Virtualization from Storage standpoint.
- Hands on experience on DR & Replications solutions.
- Proficiency in Performance tuning, optimization, and Troubleshooting.
- Should be good on all OS platforms inclusive of Windows, VMware, Citrix, and Linux
- Responsible for providing operational management, technical maintenance, and up-gradations, and tuning of architecture and issue resolution Knowledge Storage Services being offered within AWS & Azure Cloud will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and Vendor management Skills, good verbal, and written communication.
- Good exposure of Live Process Monitoring of large-scale production setups
- Ability to do multi- task in a fast-paced environment.
- Formidable Technical, Analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining Inventory of the Storage Systems and components associated along with Support Tracking.
- understanding of ITIL Framework and its implementation in Storage and VMware infrastructure implementation and support
- Should be ready for 24X7 support and rotational shift.
- Should be ready for working extended hours during critical situations.
