JOB PURPOSE for Lucy Electric Manufacturing:
- This role would be responsible for manufacturing/assembling components in shopfloor as per the given product specifications.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
- The role will be based out of Halol, Vadodara and reports to Production Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for building a final product based on instructions and specifications outlined by customers.
- Use PPE (personal protection equipment) properly to prevent unexpected incidents
- Reconciliation of materials used in Shoop floor also verification of consumptions being used against each Bill of Material.
JOB CONTEXT:
- Assemble components as per assembly drawings, and any additional specifications provided by engineering/Build Instruction
- Inform Line leader and/or supervisor for any technical issues
- Inspects to ensure all parts are fitting together & no parts are getting missed.
- Follow 6S standards for area
- Observes all safety standards.
- First time right approach for the produced components
- To fill PPA sheet on daily basis.
- Fill line rejection & Scrap note on weekly basis.
- Should be able to work on other lines as & when needed based on S & OP.
- Should be able to travel & work at other LE sites as well as customer sites & follow all safety precautions while working on site.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- ITI/Diploma Fresher
- Electrical or Mechanical preferred
