Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist with onboarding processes, including calling candidates/ employees, scheduling calendars with employees, buddy’s, manager’s etc..
- 2 Collaborate with the IT and Administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of ID cards, IT assets, software, and other necessary resources.
- 3. Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- 4. Handle queries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- 5. Aid in organizing employee events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- 6. Assist in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
- 7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- 8. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices.
- 9. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
