Responsibilities for Kroll:
- Work with Security Architecture and Testing department and support in day-to-day activities and tasks.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and scheduling of penetration tests.
- Track and update penetration tests findings in the trackers.
- Report the findings to the business and technical teams over email- comms.
- Participate in weekly team and vendor meetings.
- Interpret penetration test findings and translate into layman (non-technical); put them into common understanding. In some cases, document those into presentation.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or equivalent degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, technologies and operating systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including encryption, firewalls, and access control.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye and attentions detail to identify security gaps, issues, and vulnerabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A commitment to ethical behavior and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest cyber threats and technologies is essential.
- Available for full time (in-office/remote) internship
