Test Eligibility:
- Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), graduation, and post-graduation examination.
- Highest Qualification: Candidates pursuing full-time management post-graduate courses (MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM) offered by a recognized university with specializations in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management or related disciplines offered by recognized University/College will be considered from Year of passing (YoP) 2023 & 2024.
- Graduation Background: Any graduate degree from a recognized University/College would be considered eligible.
- Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: The candidate should not have any pending backlogs.
- Extended Education: No extended education would be allowed. Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration.
- Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
- Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (Part-time/Correspondence courses will not be considered).
- Open Schooling: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the graduation and post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
- Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience (Part-time/Full-time) of only up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring Process. They need to mandatorily declare the same in the TCS application form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting this work experience at the time of the TCS selection process and post joining TCS, as per requirements.
- Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 28 years to participate in this hiring event.
Test Pattern:
- Test provider: TCS iON is the test provider for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring process.
- Test Pattern: The duration of the Assessment is 90 minutes and is split into the below 3 sections:
- Verbal Ability
- Numerical Ability
- Business Aptitude
