Barclays Job Details:

  • Supports the Broking entity in managing the Trade ops and issuance of contract note after validating the transactions. 
  • Support Risk Management operations and looking after, Trade ops (trade reconciliations and  confirmations), arranging the funds for settlement of MTMs.
  • Pledge / Repledge/ Pledge closure operations as part of Collateral management after validating the approved scrip and its valuation as per the internal Risk policy. 
  • Computation the obligation both funds and securities as part of clearing activities and reconciliations at client and Clearing Corporation. 
  • Settlement of funds and securities and its reporting to its Wealth and PMS clients. Also settlement of statutory levies collected from the clients with the respective clearing corporation.
  • Ensure BAU is performed as per the SLA and in controlled manner to avoid any errors or audit observations. 
  • Provide end to end operational support to Dealers and Private Bankers which includes client reporting, margin requirement, Collateral (Cash and Non Cash) placed with Clearing Corporation. 
  • Ensure the Regulatory Reporting with accuracy and timely manner. 
  • Accountable for sharing the flat files with downstream systems.
  • Look after the daily client Reporting.  
  • Testing of new system enhancement as per the company /regulatory requirements.

Skills:

  • NISM certification will be added advantage.
  • Good understanding of functional requirement against the system enhancement 
  • Basic understanding of Operational and Financial Risk management and controls. 
  • Business Skills: Including deliver solutions and decision making.
  • Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Including communication & influence and collaboration.

Barclays Qualification: 

  •  Educational qualification should be a Graduate.
