Your Responsibilities:
- Visit to customer site to attend customer call/address customer complaint.
- Investigation of failure mode, data collection and analysis.
- Conduct harmonic measurement and study as and when necessary.
- Health checkup of existing install equipment’s under AMC
- Prepare RCA/8D reports of customer complaints.
- Prepare ABRA, FQP, Bar chart based on project requirement.
- Perform Installation checks, Testing of all equipment’s through suitable instruments & commissioning.
- Signing of performance report and collecting feedback & appreciation certificate from customer.
- Site learning feedback convey to respective functions for improvement action in weekly call.
- Coordination with factory for attending material and other warranty related issues.

Your background:
- Diploma In Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with aggregate >7.5
- Excellent soft skills and basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Preferably resident of North/Western part of India.
- Dedicated, focused, innovative and energetic personality.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
